WALT: Identify these countries on a map and describe the meaning of language hotspots.
For this activity I had to find a image of the top 5 countries that are at risk of being endangered and explain what a language hotspot is. A language hotspot is a thing where all around the world there is language hotspots and if it is one of the countries that means the country is endangered of being extinct.

Explaining Why Big Groups Would Take Over Smaller Groups

Question? Why would the language of a larger or more powerful group take over the language of a smaller group? 

Statement: I think the language of a more larger and more powerful group will take over a smaller less powerful group because the larger and more powerful group is more bigger and they will take over the smaller less powerful group. 

 Explain :Because the bigger group is more bigger then the smaller group and the smaller is so small that they can’t fight back because they are less powerful. then the bigger group.

Example :Like if there was a big group of animals and they were trying to take over a small group of animals the big group of animals will win because there are more of them.
